Information we collect
Black Dragon Enterprises may collect information you submit through an inquiry form, including your name, company, email address, phone number, requested service, company size or revenue range, current accounting system, business problem, preferred timing, and any additional context you choose to provide.
Basic technical information may also be processed by the website host and form provider, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security logs.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate service fit, schedule conversations, prepare scopes or proposals, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not ask for passwords, bank credentials, tax identification numbers, health information, payment-card data, or confidential client records through the website form.
Service providers
The inquiry workflow uses Google Forms as a submission and response-record service. Google may process the information under its own terms and privacy practices. Website hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data to deliver and protect the site. Information may be shared with professional advisers or service providers only when reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate responsibilities.
Retention and access
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, dispute prevention, security, or legal obligations. Engagement records may follow a separate retention schedule stated in the applicable agreement. Access is limited by role and documented business need.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Use the contact form and identify the request as a privacy matter.
No sale of personal information
Black Dragon does not sell website inquiry information. If privacy practices materially change, this page will be updated with a new effective date.
